Our 3M™ Trizact™ Cloth Roll 363FC is a consistent “go-to first” product for a wide range of applications, from moderate deburring and defect removal to intermediate finishing. Its distinctive 3-dimensional, hexagonal structure is engineered with aluminum oxide grain to delivers consistent, predictable results throughout its life.

Derived from patented 3M microreplication technology, 3M™ Trizact™ Abrasives consist of precisely-shaped three-dimensional structures distributed uniformly over the substrate. As these structures wear, fresh, sharp mineral is constantly exposed to the workpiece, resulting in faster, more consistent cutting throughout the life of the abrasive.

This consistent, predictable performance may allow a reduction in number of process steps to achieve the target tolerance, ultimately saving time and money.

Its predictable wear and breakdown means you can achieve desired results from the very first part – with little or no break in, and without the “wild scratches” often encountered with other abrasives.

Durable, Flexible Backing
Because it is a heavier backing, it helps provide more operator control and effective medium-pressure grinding. YF-weight backing is considered a semi-flexible backing, so it strikes a balance between conformability and durability.

Recommended Applications: Wet Metal Dimensioning of Base Steel
Grade 300 provides quick cutting and accurate dimension of base metal prior to thermal spray coating.

Use this product for wet grinding, finishing and polishing of carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, zirconium and titanium parts in centerless and flat finishing applications.
